A delightful frozen dessert made with cherries and raspberries, perfect for warm weather.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the cherries and raspberries until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sugar.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Fold in the berry puree until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- To serve, slice and enjoy the semifreddo straight from the freezer.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, add a splash of lemon juice to the berry puree.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Garnish with fresh berries before serving for a beautiful presentation.
