Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
- Cool down: Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Blend it smooth: Combine cherries, cooled mixture, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
- Freeze and stir: Pour into a shallow dish and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
