Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, diced apples, honey, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
