A delicious and creamy Chicken Alfredo stuffed shells recipe that is easy to make and perfect for a family dinner.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and Alfredo sauce.
