Description

A delicious and comforting casserole made with chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the frozen peas over the chicken mixture, if using.
  5. Top with the frozen tater tots, arranging them in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
