- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the frozen peas over the chicken mixture, if using.
- Top with the frozen tater tots, arranging them in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
