Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Whole wheat or regular tortillas
  • Zesty dressing (ranch, vinaigrette, or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked chicken, avocado slices, spinach, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cheese in a mixing bowl. Gently toss to let the flavors intermingle.
  2. Drizzle the zesty dressing over the mixture, tossing gently again to coat all ingredients.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture into the center, spreading it evenly.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom upwards, enclosing the filling.
  5. Cut the wrap in half with a sharp knife and serve immediately for the freshest experience.

Notes
