Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
