- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
