- 1 cup Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, diced

- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring water to a boil, add salt, then cook pasta until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and onions, sautéing until fragrant. Pour in cream and stir, adding reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
- Combine and Serve: Slice chicken, return to skillet with cooked pasta and vegetables, tossing to coat in sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs.
