- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a fragrant marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs into the marinade, ensuring every piece is coated evenly.
- Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill or skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce by mixing the minced garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve the juicy chicken wrapped in warm pita, over rice, or atop a bed of greens, drizzled with the garlic sauce.
Notes
For optimal flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. If grilling is not an option, bake the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
