Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then poke holes in them with a fork.
  3. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, heat the chili in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze the sides to open them up.
  7. Fill each potato with a generous amount of chili.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
