- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced

- 1 lime, juiced
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Season diced chicken with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook seasoned chicken for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Grill the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and slightly charred.
