Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and softened cream cheese until well incorporated.
  5. Add the flour mixture gradually to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
