- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the flour, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In a serving dish, layer the cookie dough mixture and whipped cream alternately.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with additional chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free flour blend.
- Make sure to use heat-treated flour if you are concerned about raw flour.
