Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines layers of chocolate chip cookie dough and whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the flour, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. In a serving dish, layer the cookie dough mixture and whipped cream alternately.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  7. Garnish with additional chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free flour blend.
  • Make sure to use heat-treated flour if you are concerned about raw flour.
