Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk together.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix with a spatula until just combined.

  6. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
