Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl until thick and syrupy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each to incorporate.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined into a thick dough.
  7. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
  8. Scoop dough into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter and roll in powdered sugar.
  9. Place cookies on a lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and centers are soft.
