Description

A rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter in a decadent fudge pie.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the filling into the pre-made chocolate pie crust and smooth the top.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then drizzle over the pie.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
