- 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate pudding mixture.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer chocolate graham crackers, followed by the peanut butter mixture, then the chocolate pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped topping.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding mix.
- Make sure to let the lasagna chill for the recommended time for best results.
