Instructions
- Marinate the steak with lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the steak on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions and mix in lime juice and chopped cilantro.
