Description

A vibrant salad featuring crisp apples, juicy grapes, and toasted nuts, drizzled with a warm cinnamon-honey dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium apples, diced
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned, then let cool and chop.
  2. Wash and dice the apples, and halve the grapes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the apples and grapes with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk honey, cinnamon, and sea salt together.
  5. Pour dressing over the fruit mixture, add toasted nuts, and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Optionally, add extra cinnamon and whole pecans on top before serving.

Notes

Customize with other seasonal fruits or swap nuts for seeds if allergic. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
