- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, egg, and flour; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread with butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place the slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
Notes
