Description

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Casserole is a delicious and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake in a delightful casserole form.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 1 tbsp milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs, sour cream, and milk to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. While baking, mix the powdered sugar and milk to create the icing.
  9. Once baked, drizzle the icing over the casserole and serve warm.
