- 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 1 tbsp milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs, sour cream, and milk to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- While baking, mix the powdered sugar and milk to create the icing.
- Once baked, drizzle the icing over the casserole and serve warm.
