Description

Cinnamon Sugar Cruffins are a delightful pastry that combines the flaky texture of a croissant with the sweet flavor of cinnamon sugar, perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  3. Brush each square with melted butter.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle over the buttered pastry.
  5. Roll the squares into a cylinder and place them in a muffin tin.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
