Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
