Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. In the bowl with egg whites, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. In the other bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
