Description

A delicious and innovative ramen bowl featuring fluffy cloud eggs, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in a pinch of salt and spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Create a small well in the center of each cloud and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  6. In a pot, heat the chicken broth and add the spinach and mushrooms.
  7. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the broth mixture.
  8. Serve the ramen in bowls, top with the cloud eggs, and garnish with green onions and soy sauce.

  • For a vegetarian option, use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
