Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly.
  4. In serving cups, layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom.
  5. Top with the cookie butter cheesecake mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
