Ingredients

  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Zest of half an organic lemon
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
  • Oil or butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and have them ready.
  2. Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, grated garlic, mustard, baking powder, and lemon zest. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat the skillet: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter.
