Description

A creamy, rich sauce with zesty garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for enhancing grilled meats and vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic, fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix thoroughly using a whisk or fork until all ingredients come together without lumps.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a log.
  4. Wrap the plastic tightly around the log, twisting the ends to seal.
  5. Refrigerate until firm—about an hour.
  6. Slice into rounds and serve over grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables.

Notes

Make ahead and store for up to one week in the fridge. Great for meal prep!
