A creamy pasta dish featuring al dente penne, tender chicken, and a rich sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast (Boneless and skinless)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 12 oz Penne Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream or half-and-half
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add penne, and cook until al dente (10-12 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.

- Create the Sauce: Remove chicken, let rest, then slice. In the same skillet, melt butter, add heavy cream, and scrape the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine Pasta, Chicken, and Sauce: Add cooked penne and sliced chicken to the sauce, stir well. Add reserved pasta water until desired consistency. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and serve immediately, with extra Parmesan if desired.
