Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns (brioche or sesame seed)
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the ground beef with the ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  4. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
