Description

Juicy beef patties infused with creamy ranch, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayonnaise (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly without overmixing.
  2. With damp hands, shape the mixture into 6 equal patties, creating a small dimple in the center of each.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4–5 minutes per side, flipping gently.
  4. Allow the burgers to rest for a few minutes after grilling, then serve on hamburger buns, topped with your choice of lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo.

Notes

For best results, keep ingredients chilled and prepare toppings ahead of time. You can also substitute lean ground beef or turkey if desired.
