Description

Delicious and juicy Crack Burgers with a flavor-packed combination of beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese, perfect for any barbecue.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb Ground Chuck
  • 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix
  • ⅓ Cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Mustard, and Mayo (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just incorporated, taking care to avoid overmixing.
  2. Shape the mixture into six evenly-sized hamburger patties, pressing a small dimple in the center of each.
  3. Preheat your grill over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-6 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  4. Allow the burgers to rest for a few minutes before serving on your favorite buns topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing patties and storing them in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freezing for longer.
