- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, warm water, and salt until combined.
- Add the flour gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
- Flatten each piece and place a few cranberries and a piece of brie in the center, then shape it into a ball.
- Arrange the dough balls in a greased baking dish, layering them as needed.
- Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For a sweeter version, add more honey.
