Ingredients

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or bad berries.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, jalapeños, sugar, and orange juice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in red onion, cilantro, and salt.
- Let the relish cool to room temperature before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
