Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or bad berries.

  4. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in red onion, cilantro, and salt.
  6. Let the relish cool to room temperature before serving.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
