- 1 package (3 oz) cranberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Dissolve the cranberry jello in boiling water.
- Add cranberry juice and stir well.
- In a separate bowl, combine cranberries, nuts, apples, and marshmallows.
- Pour the jello mixture over the fruit and nut mixture.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter salad, add more sugar to the jello mixture.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Substitute walnuts with pecans if preferred.
