Description

A delicious and creamy dish featuring Cajun chicken and tortellini in a rich Velveeta garlic cheese sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups tortellini
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the Velveeta cheese and heavy cream until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
