- 2 cups tortellini
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Reduce heat and stir in the Velveeta cheese and heavy cream until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or sausage for variation.
