A delicious and creamy dish featuring tender chicken in a garlic parmesan sauce served over cheesy linguine.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Slice the chicken and place it on top of the cheesy linguine.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and let it melt slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
