- 1 cup heavy cream

- 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Brown the chicken thighs in a skillet over medium heat on both sides.
- Bake the browned chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash with milk and butter.
- Sauté sliced carrots in a pan with a splash of water until tender, then add honey to glaze.
