- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, ensuring al dente perfection. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
- Stir in honey and black pepper, allowing flavors to meld for another 2 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, chicken mixture, cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and milk. Mix well.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading the pasta evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
