- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add chopped jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

- For a spicier dip, leave the seeds in the jalapeños.
