Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender yet vibrant.
