Description

Indulge in this creamy salmon pasta, wrapped in rich flavors and silky textures, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of salmon
  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Sear the salmon: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until done. Remove and flake.
  3. Sauté garlic: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Prepare the cream sauce: Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
  5. Add spinach: Fold in fresh spinach and allow it to wilt for about a minute.
  6. Incorporate the salmon: Gently fold in the flaked salmon.
  7. Combine with pasta: Toss cooked pasta into the skillet until well coated in the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve and enjoy: Dish onto plates and garnish with grated Parmesan if desired.
