Description

A comforting Creamy Salmon Pasta that marries rich flavors of salmon with a velvety cream sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g pasta (e.g., fettuccine or linguine)
  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, retaining a bit of the pasta water.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until it’s opaque and flakes easily. Remove the salmon and let it rest before flaking it into large pieces.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add fresh spinach and cooked pasta, stirring to combine.
  5. Add the flaked salmon back, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap the salmon for chicken or a plant-based alternative. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
