Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken bake featuring spinach and mushrooms, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  5. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken.
  7. Top with the sautéed spinach and mushrooms.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
