- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken.
- Top with the sautéed spinach and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
