Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

- Sauté the spinach: Toss in the fresh spinach, stirring continuously. Cook until the spinach wilts down—this should take around 2-3 minutes.

- Season to perfection: Add salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce appears too thick, sprinkle in a bit of reserved pasta water.
