Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Incorporate the Tomatoes: Add the diced tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper. Simmer for about five minutes.
  4. Add the Cream: Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, mixing until well blended.
  5. Combine with Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce and mix until each strand is coated.
