- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Incorporate the Tomatoes: Add the diced tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper. Simmer for about five minutes.
- Add the Cream: Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, mixing until well blended.
- Combine with Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce and mix until each strand is coated.
- Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh basil and, if desired, grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
