Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and frozen peas to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or bell peppers for extra flavor.
