- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and add the Velveeta cheese and milk, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Stir in the cooked fettuccine and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for added nutrition.
