Ingredients

- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 cups of cauliflower florets
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, steam the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and green beans until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steamed vegetables to the cheese mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add other seasonal vegetables like Brussels sprouts or squash.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
